1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Digital Associates website and our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Software Licensing

All custom ERP, CRM, and HRMS software developed by Digital Associates remains the intellectual property of Digital Associates until full payment is received. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in your contract.

3. Liability

Digital Associates shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our software or services.
